This is a real estate sales brochure for a high-end condominium project, named Lumière, overlooking Lake Zurich in Thalwil, Switzerland. We provided conception, project management, editorial design, photography of the local area and the delicate poppies in the brochure, DTP and production supervision for the client. The brochure was produced in close collaboration with the client and the architect, to ensure a result matching the clients expectations. All apartments have been sold successfully.
